When not worn, store your pieces in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box to prevent scratches or tangling. Keeping jewelry separated avoids unnecessary friction between different materials.

03. Clean Gently

To clean your jewelry, use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Gently wipe to remove oils or dust. Avoid using harsh cleaning agents or ultrasonic cleaners unless specified as safe for the material.

04. Handle with Intention

Delicate chains, clasps, and settings require gentle handling. Put on your jewelry after dressing to prevent snags or breakage. Take care when stacking or layering pieces.

Our jewelry is crafted using a range of durable base metals, chosen for their strength, longevity, and comfort:

ASTM F136 Titanium: For the part of your earring that stays in constant contact with your skin - our Hoops. A high-quality titanium alloy widely used for medical and surgical implants because of its excellent biocompatibility and corrosion resistance. Lightweight. Highly corrosion-resistant. Designed for biocompatibility.

Brass: For our charms. Often used for statement pieces, brass offers a warm tone and strong structural integrity.

Plating Process

Our plating methods are designed to balance beauty and durability:

18K Gold PVD Plating: A rich, warm-gold finish applied over our pieces using PVD technology, with a coating designed for lasting color and luster.

PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition): A process that bonds a layer of gold to the metal, creating a more durable and long-lasting finish than traditional gold plating.

Shipping Information

Stell & Trove currently ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Because each piece is handmade and carefully inspected before shipping, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination and are outside of our control.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Stell & Trove is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, carrier delays may occasionally occur. If your package appears to be delayed, please use the tracking information provided or contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn, undamaged jewelry in its original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@stellandtrove.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to hello@stellandtrove.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
