Returns & Exchanges

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unworn, undamaged jewelry in its original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@stellandtrove.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please reach out to hello@stellandtrove.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
